Potentially sorting out a full time job has made me go wahoo, just need to iron out the finer details, but its looking good, not as much moolah as I'd like but it's a start!

Cheers fellas, the job is there, its just a case of seeing if I can talk the £'s up a bit really...
It's in the shop that I do part time in, their idea is they get me on board and then when we have more stock and we are taking on a bit more money, they put me in charge of the running of the store. So fingers crossed it all works out!

Good luck with that Samo.
Sounds like it could be a great opportunity.
I knew exactly what you were up to Z.
Could've been up for a decent word but somehow, that just doesn't roll off the tongue and sounds more than slightly daft.
Stop trying so hard and get back to your lexicon drawing board.

Good luck Sammy! Hope to get the same kind of luck that you're getting thus far....I'm still waiting on 'final stages' to see if I've arrived or not...

Fingers crossed Sam. I won't find out until 20th Aug if I was successful or not!
Not used to being out of work this long.
On the plus side I've repointed the garden wall!

Dunno, Mr. P. I've heard 'fantastical' a fair amount recently and I think if that can make it in then 'epical' has a fighting chance.

Both are stupid.
New words evolve cos they fill a gap or are shorter than the words they're derived from.
Adding -al to a word makes it longer and thus of less use in the modern as we strain to shorten all interactions in nothing more than a string of consonants.
But good luck with your word lengthening experiment.

Dunno about that. I live in a predominantly Polish neighbourhood and I'm years and years away from figuring out what the hell these people are saying.
But in the meantime, don't be afraid to start using 'epical' in conversation. Movements start one person at a time.
