Wow well done, i can only dream of such distances, i can't use my driver so it does'nt come out of the bag much

You'll get there with practice.
Hit my 3 wood 300 yards on the last hole as well to just off the green.
Couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo most of the day though.
Fourteen over, not happy.

Yeh, lots and lots of practice, for now my 3 iron is my weapon from the tee, nice and accurate (mostly) just not long enough, ah well, if it was easy it would be no fun

Twice my handicap fella.
Yes mate, 3 iron rocks, used it constantly for years and never bothered with woods, then moved up to a 1 iron which just got ridiculous.
Used to be able to hit my 1 iron 290 yards regularly and always straight down the middle.
It was relentless.

Wow, i did'nt realise you were that good! never had a handicap myself, would probably be around the 15/16 region, single figures, very impressive US open tommorow, should be good!
