Peaty making it 2 in a row and winning in Andorra too. He now holds the record for most career World cups with 17 wins. Brap!

Oh man. Went to a friends house recently and another dinner guest had made some of that. It sounded well nice, I was proper looking forward to pudding time but she'd left the Beetroot in huge chunks so it tasted utterly gash. Mad

Hopefully DH will start to break out a bit one day with Steve leading the charge. There's nowhere near enough coverage of it and it's 10x more exciting than cross-country (I won't even mention road races).

Nice to see trials get some love from the Times last weekend too

Did you lose much weight ?

The main aim wasnt to really lose weight. I am too lazy to stick to a diet for more than 2 weeks I did manage two weeks proper dieting LOL. But really it all went hand in hand with getting back in shape and to start training again after a 6 month blip from excercise. The main aim was to support a friend with her extreme weight loss plan. She has lost two stone. So I managed to lose six pounds. Not a massive amount but ad look like a twig if i lost loads more. But another five pounds would be good like i say i aint got the willpower to lose a load of weight. SO yessss midnight tonight I have my easter eggs ready.
