I could.. average of -15 to -18 here right now and 1-2 feet of snow at places where it hasn't been plowed into huge snow drifts yet. I'm used to the cold but it could be slightly warmer even in the winter. Only a few degrees below 0 would be nice instead of over -15 non stop every day for weeks.
