out of the 3 I like the rising sun in the middle, but I'd only use the main part of the shoe, and leave the lacing holes or heel tabs blank, oh and I wouldnt do the girl in the middle of the sun, but that kinda defeats your pupose I guess?

Thank you for the info steve-oimagery and jam. Will go with the middle one will start it on monday. I found a .pdf from adidas a long time ago with tips on customising your shoes but i cant seem to find it will scour the inter web once more. Anyone know if working with spray paint or using acrylic paint with a paint brush produces a better finish and lasts longer ?

Go with acrylic if you got no choice.
Then cover the shoe in a finisher.
