I am just an admirer of superstars with no great collection. A total of three pairs. But here are my latest purchase which i am in love with. I have no great knowledge either so am not sure of the diff between all diff types n styles. But hey see what u think to these. I do want wider laces. I bought them at Transit in soho New York whilst on my hols. Had to leave the box in hotel bin as my suitcase could not cope.

What else you holding ?
In general, Superstar IIs have a fat padded tongue and Is have a thin, mouse mat like tongue.
There are other differences but they aren't so consistent these days.

nice! Ive got a pair of those, they are among my favorites for some reason they are more comfy than some of my other pairs!!!! (Blue detroit ones with red laces i am looking at you >_< ha ha)

i rock mine with fat white laces
looks better imo
and i also think it looks better when the trefoil on the tongue isn't covered so if you want you could unlace the last row.

Those laces and the way their laced are how they came from the shop. Its not sunny enuff to wear them yet. Plus i still dont have any big laces yet.
