Evening all,

I had a pair of jeans delivered from the Karmaloop website at the end of october/begining of nov. and this morning i have had a letter from DHL telling me i need to pay them £22 customs fees, there was no mention on any of the paperwork when DHL delivered it and the driver didnt say. Why has it taken so long to come through? What happens if i dont pay? I only paid £35 for the jeans!Shocked

Sorry if there is some info somewhere about this, i did a search but could only find info about fedexConfused

Any help or advice would be appreciated!Smile

Yeah they're just the same as Fedex. If you ignore it they send a letter about debt collectors/court etc, not sure what happens if you ignore that!

Thats right Pure. I have ingored letters from both FexEx and DHL and I am still waiting for the knock on the door.
