Seems to be working. That mixed with some basic cardio (Ski machine and swimming)

Went over to Cheshire Oaks t'other day and the adidas shop has gone...!
But fear not it has moved to where Reebok used to be. Didn't venture in as my wee son decided to have a mickey meltdown at that point.
In other news I went to see Mickey Flanagan on sunday night and I cried with laughter nearly all the way through it, if you can go and see him you will not regret it.
