having my family do this weekend for my bday...
you only get the best food at our household... better than any restaurant [credit to my mum = best cook in the world]
being the good greeks we are, it wouldnt be a birthday celebration without meat!

Well this is what I've been doing today. Went to harbor to pick it up. Then some car wash and obviously driving around the town with roof down. After all it's the first sunny day for this spring

So, there I was, rapidly approaching the weekend and the Masters thinking "I'd like to be eating pizzas this weekend !"
Got all the 00 flour etc in and plenty toppage, made the fermenty liquor, kneaded the fuck out of the dough, put it on a towel on the boiler and forgot about it.
Grabbed a quick shower before the golf started and woopahed the towel off the boiler.
SMASH !!!
Fuck it !
As it was getting late I didn't spend nearly as much time on the second batch of dough and I can tell it's nothing like as good as the first.
Was so pissed off I opened a 12 year old bottle of Rioja !
On the bright side, I must be growing up though cos despite spending ten minutes trying to remove the outside of the dough with the visible glass in it, I ended up binning it !
Progress people, progress !
