Last time I went for a run I thought I was going to die. I ran up a massive hill, then spent about 10 minuets laying on the floor trying to catch my breath. Never done it again since.

I would love to attempt running outside I just can't make that transition from the treadmill. Plus outside on my own running only the worst could happen to me.

I will add that I'm either lucky or just a bit mentally deranged that I actually like running (delete as appropriate).
Sab, I do see people running outside with ipods, too dangerous for me.

Great shot.
I worked last night and decided to hit the bay for the first time in a while. Got those burgundy suede ss2s slightly used for USD55 shipped.
Left my wallet at work last night so I took transit there and ran back - first run since my half.
I was not swift, but I too, like running. Can't run with music, though.
