Rolled into work an hour ago following a 22 hour day. Quick gift exchange now then off to the gym and perhaps the pub afterward

Haha I guess you're right. That is true for many Finns who get raised up in a farm or some other rural area with less traffic, less concrete jungle and more wide open space to drive around where you don't need to constantly worry about hitting other cars or structures while learning the curves and car handling. Except for driving off the road or falling through thin ice. You usually get to know all kinds of animals, wildlife and vehicle technology at a much younger age than most city folk do.

^ SO true, a guy i went to college with only had one driving lesson to learn roundabouts. He had been driving since age 7 grew up on a farm passed his test first time. He used to play a game with other kids in his pick up he would driver doughnuts in a field, while one of a group of mates would lay on the flat bed wedged in by hay bails with the tail gate down. Its was like bucking broncho see how long said idiot could hold on before flying out the back of the truck,

Is there an adjective for drinking lots whilst shaking your head in very good natured disbelief, whilst someone tells fortunes? 'cause that would sum it up nicely now.
monkey tennis

No clue about the adjective G.
As for driving lessons and passing the driving tests.. most people I've talked with about passing their driving tests, have passed their tests the first time. Failing to pass here does happen but at least from my experience doesn't happen too often because the driving lessons given here are so thorough you really can't even take the driving test before you're believed to be good (and safe) enough driver to pass it.
I had a few mandatory driving lessons circling around a small city I knew like the back of my hand so passing my test the first time was piece of cake. Also the short additional lessons for driving in the dark and driving in slippery road conditions are mandatory here to get your licence.

Just come back from my works Christmas do. Sported my Grey Suede Vins for the first time. Came 2nd in the Best Dressed Male award.
I took it graciously but thought to myself with those bad boys on surely no-one else comes close.
Would you be good enough to participate in this morning's edification?
