Voting in the European Elections... and I urge those that can to do the same.
Remember it's a proportional representation system with these elections and there's a real and present danger of the BNP getting a foothold - don't let it happen people - get out there and vote, no excuses.

BNP - Have won seats in Lancashire and Leicestershire. Why ??? I guess some proper numb nutts came out of the woodwork and voted.

Just back to the office after an 8 hour offsite meeting. Still feeling the effects of my food poisoning so that means no drinks tonight for me at the Grizzly Bear show and no drinks tomorrow pre-TFC, during the TFC walkout protest, post-TFC, or at the birthday party I'm supposed to attend.
The upside is I'm now down to 10 pounds away from my goal weight.
