Reid abit of advice don't mess about when it involves knee's or take undue risks if your getting pain.Knee's are notoriously evil things that don't take much to mess up and can take ages to fix.
My advice lay of the training and try get yaself an appointment with a sports massage therapist.
Oh and personally i just woke up so i've done fook all but looking forward to my 2days off starting tomorrow just tonight to get through woohoo

After reading through a few more horror stories about knees putting people out of action for years - looks likeI 'll be watching from the sidelines tonight. Gutted but better safe than sorry.
I should move this to the blood boiling thread. Spent 21 hours travelling over the past fortnight for 4 hours of training. I need to pass my test so badly.

A wise choice, playing football i picked up a few knee injurys, play again too soon and it just sets you back further, rest it and get it looked at before you risk doing further more permanent damage!
