I got the clipsal500 this week and weekend.
it's the start of the new v8 supercar season, its the biggest race on the calendar and always a huge event... will be there every day and night for the rest of the week, thank god my place is drunken stumbling distance from the track lol

nah Bathhurst is out in country nsw (sydney)

Adelaide uses a variation of the old F1 street track that is on the fringe of the city cbd
we had the Le Mans back in 2000 or something also, I was still living in Sydney at the time so never saw it, but apparently it flopped lol

edit: ok I admit Bathurst is the biggest "race" on the calendar, but the clipsal500 is the biggest "event" on the calendar hahaha
