My son asked me if I've heard of "The Get Down" on Netflix. I replied, "I have not.". He quickly replied, "Check it out. Right up your alley. History of hip hop and scratching and breakdancing and stuff like that including Grandmaster Flash." I said, "Will do." while wiping a proud tear off of my cheek.

I binged yesterday and watched episodes 1 - 4, two more to go. Pretty cool show. I know that I'm late to the game of The Get Down, but recommend it if none of you have checked it out yet.

Thanks for the heads up! Will have to add it to my ever growing "my list" on Netflix. We have two rather good tellies at home but for some reason I rarely get myself in front of one.
BTW just saw Rogue One. and it's amazing!
