I'm into my second week of doing Shaun T's Insanity fitness programme. I needed to improve my core big time with the back pain that I have after slipping two discs a few years ago.

Anyone aspiring to get fit for the summer needs to get on this. Hard work but definitely worth it. Still a way to go but planning to stick to it.

Today I have mostly been wading through piles of paperwork, raising purchase orders and generaly getting shit done.

Tomorrow I shall be doing my best to ignore the royal wedding, why people are getting all excited about it is beyond me.
