Yeah that's true but av been doing a boxing circuit in my normal gym for four years and use the gym gym throughout the week for weights and long runs. So I think circuits and the gym is a good mix. But just thought ad up the anti a bit trying a sweaty blokes boxing club.

Uuh, what ive been doing... Shopping before dinner so i`ve bought to much snacks... 5 packs of m&ms chocolate coockies and stuff like that. Not so smart, i know.. xD

My saturday plans are well and truely up the shitter..Apparently i've sold/listed too much on ebay lately and there's limits so i can't list fook all till they either lift the limit or i have to wait 30days before i can list anything else!!!
There goes my plan of getting rid of as much as possible before i go on holiday...Looks like i'll have to watch spurs v fiorentina in the last pre-season friendly then Leeds utd in there championship opener
