Flogged it weeks ago. Basically what i do is very minor engine work, and cosmetics and a little bit of sound stuff. Then sell the heap on for profit.

Thats the norm streak. property prices are far too high and besides, i can't afford to move out, let alone somewhere within farting distance of tottenham court road/oxford street/euston road/regents park/camden lock etc like where im living now.
