Havok technically if we/you can supply evidence to prove there fake you don't have to return the item!!as its a counterfeit good and paypals policy is that it should be destroyed inorder to stop it being sold to some1else (probo someone wit less info and won't even realise there fake)
But thats only if u go down the paypal dispute road (time and patience neeeded)
Has the seller asked you to return to item b4 you get a refund??

My bet is he has cos he knows the deal already.
Start a dispute immediately, at least you'll get a pair of beaters out of it.
Adidas staff probably won't recognise the difference and you may have to send them off but you'll get your money back eventually and know that he didn't con somebody else into parting with their money.

No need. After the first lot of fakes, the biggest fuck up was the insoles, they soon corrected this and now most of the NBHD fakes look like yours.
It's only through the serial numbers and a couple of other little things that you can tell they're fake now.

Thanks Pure. It seems that the guy who sold them was also unaware that they were fakes as he as offeredd to give me a full refund. I will ship the shoes bacck to him tomorrow.

Yes he ask that I return them. In response to pures suggestion. I was thinking oof keeping them and going down the paypal route as I have full protection. I am not sure how to proceed really.

open the dispute first and tell him that you'll only send the shoes back when you've received your money. if he does send you back the money you can then close the dispute. if he doesn't, then you escalate into a claim.

whatever you do, don't send the shoes back without getting paid first.

Trust me, he knew they were fake.
They always do !
That's why he offered the full refund cos he knew he'd lose the fakes if you went through Paypal.
They'll be relisted, in exactly the same way within two weeks.
