They look like an odd version of the Superstar 2G that came out a few years ago.
Pretty sure they've been discontinued but you might find a pair on Ebay.
You're best bet is to get yourself some Superstar Skates now.
They're fucking comfortable and IMHO 100x cooler.

Yeash! 'Mingling' is bang on...even the 2G's aren't as nasty...you should be able to find as many as you want on the bay.....fugly - I feel itchy now, having seen them...
