My partner and I are just getting into dunnys. We're trying to just collect dunnys so it's easier to keep it under control. We've got a few other things; bape, touma, ci-boys etc, and we've each customed a munny

Thanks!
Dunny series 5 is coming out soon. Very Happy I swore I'd stop the minis and just get bigger things, but Dunnys are an exception. I love Touma but I'm trying not to get sucked in, I only have a couple pieces so far. I've done a Munny too, I'd like to see yours!

Vinyl (90% 12') - 70's/80's hip hop, 80's brit stuff...bout it...
Comics - although I stopped a long time ago, when they started costing over 1.50-2$...mostly silver/golden age stuff...
Star Wars Lego - must have every 'significant' set - meaning I don't buy for the sake of buying/owning...just the big/kool monstrosities - waiting for my kids to grow and leave em and me alone!
Of course kiks!

I'm looking forward to series 5 - I only found out they were being released a couple of weeks ago, I'm thinking about holding fire on soups for a while so I can buy a few when they come out

here's my toys at home...

Dunny's and Munnys plus a doppelganger - I'd love another one of those, they stack so well

E-sal Pirate Bape, Kidrobot Bamboo Zoo, Toy Machine and a Touma bear. My partner has a Touma devil dog on her desk at work too, and people keep trying to claim it

Some closer pics of my Munny...

I wanted to keep it quite simple, and I came up with the idea of putting a hoody on it... I had to make it an AdiMunny Very Happy

and not so much of a collection, but I keep most of my adidas labels - I have visions of one day making some kind of collagey artwork out of them...

NICE! Those transformers look cool. Cool What are these things made of. And where do you get em from, I mean these bape an kidrobot ones must be rare... and expensive. Obviously.

The transformers I actually got from KFC in Hong Kong last year. The others are mostly internet purchases.
They're made of molded vinyl, and most of them aren't too expensive - especially to begin with, but one of my dunny's I seen sell on several occasions for well over $US100. I'm trying to concentrate my toys on Dunnys and Munnys - the dunnys are generally about £5 and come blind packaged, so it's like a little surpise when you get them.
Get on google and use keywords like designer toys vinyl... there's a ton of websites and forums dedicated to them

I like your Munny and I'm jealous of the Doppelganger. I threw one in an order a couple weeks ago and they just told me it's sold out. Sad

Here's my 1st Munny, I have to do another this week for a show in NY

I rushed this one, it could have been better.

Cool! They have their own show? Is the show just for these thingies?

Thanks!
This show is all kinds of toys and paintings at a gallery, but there have been Munny-only shows. There was one here in my town last month but I missed it. I also have to paint a large panda bear toy called Yoka. It'll only be the 2nd or 3rd time Yokas have been shown, they're pretty new.
I'm learning that I'm definitely more of a 2-D artist than 3-D, kinda struggling with customizing but I'm sure I'll get more practice.

Thats very cool Cowgirl. I'm probably more of a 2D than 3D artist as well, but there's nothing like trying, and the munny was so much fun, and it meant my gf got creative - which is something I'm always trying to encourage Smile I've just started thinking about the next one...

I'd definitely be interested in seeing more when you've done them...

I'm my own worst critic, so this kind of art is hard for me because it's not very forgiving. I'll have pics of the next two customs soon, gotta send them to NY tomorrow!

Ok, here they are. Yoka and Dunny.
Spray paint hates me, vinyl hates me, my eyes hate me and a poor Munny that needs an acid bath hates me.
Sorry for the crappy pics, we have a crappy camera.
