So I was brwosing through eBay this afternoon and cam across this auction by ohmyland. In the past, this seller has had some Superstars before the general release from adidas (If I recall, he had the Gruns 2 months before anyone).

What kind of Superstars are these?

There is a two tone accent to the stripes, the heel tab is just a trefoil without 'adidas' on it (Very similar to Stan Smiths) and the Sole has "adidas" on the outside heel.

Anyways... Thoughts???

Funny that cos I noticed them earlier today.
They look alright but I'm not a fan of the thing on the side which would just leave a cross between a I and a II !
It's all about the 80's for me.

They're alright I guess. Better than some of the variations adidas have churned out over the years

Shotta.... Other colors? Sounds like you know something? Spill it man!

When you look at how HORRIBLE some of the variations from the Original Superstar design have been (Those god awful SS2G's and what were the others?... with the stripes moved forward?)...

Anyway, I think these are a nice variation from the originals and still pretty true to the design.

I agree they're much better than other variations - mainly because they are not that different.

I think they would do well without the crazy sole logo, they could have at least made it the same colour as the sole
