When selling and after someone wins an auction, don't other bidders get '2nd chance offers'? Thats an option thats provided to the losing bidders, no? I've heard of these 'playing' tactics before but never been in one before, thankfully...

Yeah they do if the buyer doesn't pay or they have a duplicate item. Don't get the link with what Pokey wrote though or why you're quoting it.

Got my 35th New York's yesterday off the guy, very pleased with them. Guy sent them parcelforce to be apparently be quicker, although 1st class Royal Mail would of been just as fast. Hopefully yours will turn up soon Zwer and DJ!
