Ive used a long metal pick with a 90* bend at the end and some long needle nose pliers to yank out stuck inserts. You could also try some long and flat tweezers too...

one more tip - if u use pliers, catch the stripe under 'eyelet'..

hmm i have tried tweezers and they just dont reach =[

Ahh they should have made the stripes less prone to break or something :@

try a straightened paperclip but wrap it in celotape so the sticky bit is on the outside !!

A pick is like a small screw driver that comes to a point at the end. The ones I got have different angle bends at the pointy end. Id take a pic but i was on my way out the door!

use a screwdriver, or use a stanley and just cut below wjhere its stuck then feed it through.

i used just a straighted paperchip with a very small hook on the bottom,it worked but took a lot of time and patience.
