yeah I must say if I was buying some 35th vins knowing their rareness and purchase value I'd be making sure I have full insurance and not cheapening the insurance just incase they did get lost.
does paypal cover lost parcels?

That is shitty luck Pokey, but as everyone's said you did everything right your end so I don't think you need to mug yourself with a full refund if they asked for the value to be marked down.

Sure its not my fault really but neither is it the buyers and if i was the buyer i'd be gutted/pissed off to not get something i bought then not get my money back either.

Granted, it's a fucked up situation for all involved but it becomes an unfair situation if you alone have to foot the bill. I would suggest you split the difference, you lose half, he loses half.

Nope, should do I know but rarely do anything with vector graphics.
Photoshop does everything I need to do.
Although I know I should use it for logos etc....
