Very harsh i'd say!! And yes tracking but not full insurance!!You can't mark them down saying there only worth £100 on the customs form then get them insured for there true value!!
Royal mail says they arrived in malaysia...malaysia say they never arrived!!!!!! Fuck all tracking info after they left the uk cause malaysian post claim it never arrived for tracking info to be updated!!
Didn't help that the buyer didn't let me know they'd not arrived 6weeks after posting them either
Worried meself silly and stressed like fook over them but nothing i can do..Like most who've bought stuff from me know i wanna know the moment you get it cause i do worry over shit like that regardless of how much the items worth.
Anyways fook all i can do but find the money to refund the buyer but to stay it stings is putting it lightly kinda feels like everything i've sold on ebay lately i've given away for fook cause all the money from that sure ain't going in my pocket now
It's not the size of the feet!!it's the amount of quality on em

If they asked you to put a lower value then that's the amount you refund them... Harsh, but fair I'd say.

well the insurance is surely for the buyer!!! he asked you to mark them down, that is all he gets.
dude, rules of paypal.. if you can prove you sent the shoes, and he files a complaint, most likely paypal will side with you. Dont go refunding him the money, he chose the risk.

Yeah, I mean what more can you have done from your end Poke. As long as you got the right address and proof that you posted them.
It's not like you can escort the package along the way to make sure it arrives safely. Once the post office take the package out of your hands, then surely it's.....out of your hands!

Absolutely.
It's the risk he took to save a few quid.
Give him what you'll get back from the Royal Mail.

! why would you spend so much money and not pay the rest for quality insurance??!?!?!?
pokey you did everything right for the buyer, he is going to have to suck it up. There is no reason you should lose all that money because of his cheap choice of devaluing the package
