MP3 player died today for no reason (plugged it into PC and it turned off, wouldn't turn on or respond at all). Took it to Argos, asked for a replacement and got it straight away - dead chuffed.
Get home and instead of the Zen I had before, this is the Zen MX. It's basically a newer but shittier version. You have to lock it through the menu, it's slower to respond, it's chunkier and it can't play any video files unless you specifically convert them to creative's own filetype. Won't even play .aac audio anymore. Piece of shit in comparison.
Not sure what to do atm, just pissed off that I've been given a model that's actually worse than what I had before and I paid £20 for the privilidge.
edit: If anyone knows where I can get a standard 16GB Zen with a warranty then I'd appreciate it. If someone can talk me round to actually liking this brick then I'd appreciate it even more
edit2: Just installed the software to transfer music over - holy shit it sucks. If Argos make me stick with this piece of crap I'm gonna be fucking furious.
edit3: Why do people have to make up absolute bullshit about how they are caring and kind and virtuous when they just have alterior motives from the start. Fucking cunts. This day gets worse and worse.
