One word "HARPUTS" 
Yes i know there an instituation,mega busy and all the rest but still pisses me off that they never reply to your emails.
Had me eye on a really nice A15 leather jacket that had been reduced $200 so emailed them over shipping costs and stuff to do with customs fee's (trying to dodge em) but alas no reply and the jackets now gone
I also know they've got tonnes of deadstock superstar in my size from when that guy posted up the pics but unless i go there in person there never gonna grace my collection.
