Here's the first one back from the casters.
It's worked out weigh too heavy.
Gonna try and slim the depth down by around half and bring the edges in a bit.
This ones in silver and weighs an ounce.
Gonna see if I can get a stamp made and bash 'em out as that'd be the cheapest option.

There they go !!
They need bending and some other mod's cos I hadn't left enough spave to get the laces through.
Neither is it polished properly.
Got 2 options to reduce the weight and thus the cost.
1. Make 'em half as thick.
2. Leave the squared ends on for the laces but cut the rest out leaving the SuperstarDB in place.
