The blue on the arm etc of your jacket looks to be a pretty close match to the blue on the shell etc. Bit of yellow on them too though, dunno if that'd clash with the orange. And mine have never been worn, bought off ebay almost a year ago and sat in the box since.

Yeah, I've thought about that too, maybe some nice clean navy suedes in which I can throw in some orange or columbia blue laces!

What about those vin promodels that got silver stripes, navy upper an light blue sole an shell, those would be pretty good, maybe you could put your orange flip in those.

One sleeve says DEEJAY and the other one has '#1' as well as 3 patches with the title, year etc. of some mixes I've done that got released on vinyl (2) and cd (1)

One word: Dope! I miss the days when custom clothes were a big part of Hip Hop. We used to have a guy in our crew who's mum was truly awesome on the sewing machine, she used to make us some sick "Dapper Dan" style tracksuits with Gucci or LV embossed leather panels and even knocked up some custom leather goose jackets for us oncel! Sounds terrible now but back in the 80's we were fly as fuck!

I actually started out just looking for a big chenille 'W' to put on a jacket I already have, browsed eBay and found place that could do entire words and the wanted 'Dj Wildthing', then found out they could also do actual logos from Illustrator artwork (and they did jackets too) and thought: f*ck it, I might as well have an entire jacket made and be able to choose colors and everything from scratch.
