Just been to see WAZ - it wasn't too bad and it doesn't descend into all out gore like most serial killer films have recently.

It's actually called WdeltaZ (after a mathmatical formula).
It's a serial killer film, sort of a mix of se7en and Saw.

I said it weeks ago, That Juno is one of the best movies I've watched in years...
But... I'm really looking forward to Will Farrel's movie, "Semi-Pro" which comes out tomorrow. He busts me up, not to mention, he's a Trojan.

I saw Juno yesterday. It is by far and away the best film i've seen since Pan's Labyrinth. It was brilliant. Ordered the soundtrack as soon as i'd finished watching it.
If you haven't seen it, do so as soon as you can.
Also saw American Gangster. Very good gangster movie, surprised no one has touted it as the "Black Godfather". Great acting from everyone.
Others I have seen recently that left me a little cold.
Cloverfield - Don't believe the hype! Movie was blown way outta proportion. Godzilla meets Balir Witch, but in this case two positives actually equal a negative!
Jumper - Had the potential to be a great movie, but tried to do too much in too short a space of time. It jumped about too quickly, and they kinda ran through the plot just to get to the action (which was good, but let down by their rush to get to the end) Kind of a crap ending as well. Try again with a bit less action, a bit more story and a little more time and they might have a hit.
100 Million BC - Not to be confused with the epic "10 Million Years BC", this movie was so bad that I actually turned it off after the first "dinosaur" attack! Imagine Stargate, but with shit actors, no budget and Bert from Tremors! Watch this at your own peril!

Completely agree with Sneakerphile ref Juno (excellent) and Jumper (could have been better but worth 2 hours of your time)

Yes, whomever tells you Juno is worth watching is spot on. Hell, I even bought the soundtrack.
Recently watched both Michael Clayton and No Country for Old Men. Michael Clayton was a bit pointless. Not bad, just never really got going. And Tilda Swinton gets on my nerves. She's another Cate Blanchett in my mind. No Country was quite good.
And American Gangster rocks. Rented it and wished I'd bought it.

Crazy , I watched Juno at the weekend and have to agree it was a good film, but I can't belive that I'm hearing such an outpour of emotion on this kind of movie on what is a mainly ( sorry ladies ! ) a dude populated forum ! Surely I should be reading reviews on Rambo etc.............. P.s. have any of you seen Numb, seriously good film with Mathew Perry not being Chandler, worth watching with the missus.
