That kind of sounds a good idea.....because plenty of fake sellers check this site, it wouldnt be hard for them to abuse that logo. Or anyone else for that matter. So that would be a double check.
Wouldnt it be better to only give it to approved sellers anyway?! Seeing as that is what the logo is suggesting. I would happily buy shoes off most of the regular members on this forum but it shouldnt be the case where anybody who reads this post can use it.
Why dont sellers apply for the logo, we check them out and approve their use of it, put them on a list of ssdb approved sellers and away they go.

i have nothing against sellers using that banner, but after clicking it ppls should be redirected to thread on this board with legit sellers list.

I agree, the idea is gold. Should start an approved sellers list ASAP, and I think Mr SS gets shotgun for first on the list

Now i have made the SSDB member bit, only people I have selected can be on that page..
Only issue is, people EBAY name is not the same as their SSDB name!

a winner of an idea from olstar, tinkered with by us and guaranteed to be a winner.
also, if we spot the f*****rs using the approved seller logo we can report to ebay as unlawful use.
olstar: send yourself a copy of this logo and any other logos you use you have to an email address.
dont open it, this classes as electronic copyrighting and you then OWN the rights.
get the bastards that way!!!
