I'd say outside Covent Garden Tube station, it's pretty central for things to do and fairly easy to get to..

I would have said meet at Oxford Street tube, as it's easier to get there from Victoria than Covent Garden (just thinking of those strangers to London Town, don't wanna get lost underground trying to get onto the right connection)
