Somewhere along the line I gained 15lbs from my low. I have made pretty good gains lifting weights over the past while, but my jeans just aren't fitting the same so it's definitely not all muscle.
Might put myself on salad for a couple of weeks.

It ain't cheap to make and you might have trouble finding some of the ingredients but this is mine and many others favourite curry.

Remember Sam that Sushi is just a type of food with Rice and Seaweed, many flavours like curry I suppose.
Sashimi is the one with fish. I tried it in Japan, kinda okay (didn't actually taste like fish which I guess is why people eat it) but at nearly 15 poonds a very small portion I only tried it the once.
