Me too but for reasons that I can't quite remember now I'd transferred the juices/flour etc into a pyrex casserole dish type thing and like a twat I put it on the hob whilst I showed my brother how a real fuckin man plays Mariokart....followed by kaboom!

Very very tender. Didn't need much teeth for that.
Can't really describe the taste. Milder than beef, also a bit like game and horse... Try it if you can.
