If i bid against anyone on here then I apoligise, as I dont look at who the highest bidder is or the bidding history.
If I see something i'm after I snipe it and forget all about it until the auction ends.

Yep i agree with that comment its all about doing the right thing in my view. I dont think we should stop posting links but stop visitors roaming around.

Even if we stopped visitors checking out the site, I still think banning links to ebay auctions is a good idea. Given the fact that we're all soup fanatics, telling others about a 'gem' on the bay shouldn't be neccessary imo. If people want something enough they will find it themselves.
For me part of the fun of collecting is putting the work in, trawling through the listings in order to find what I really want.
Alerting everyone to an auction just doesn't seem fair.
You snooze you lose I guess.
That said, I wouldn't bid against another member if they'd put down a marker bid already.
Alternatively, we could just have a nice game of conkers to detemine who gets the kicks Â

Shall we talk microwave fun? Did you know if you put a lightbulb with the metal part at the bottom in a glass of milk it will light up when you turn the micro on?

Second thoughts don't.
I put 2 dozen eggs in someones microwave once, put the oven on several times and nothing happened so we put it on for half hour and went to play cards.
Twenty minutes later, the door of the microwave came flying off !

How long you put it in for?
Also, try cutting a grape in half and put that in, should get electricity dancing accross it
