Crooked Tongues
#1

Just went on there.

Goddamn dude, they have sneakers for well over $1000!!

Do people actually buy that stuff??!

I mean, it's nice, though some of it's used, but still, 550 pounds for a pair of Dassler 35ths!!!

I could pay a 16th of that on ebay for REAL ones!!!!

OVERPRICED!!

nope, not a 16th, and if they're that cheap, they're not real. the stuff in the ct shop is overpriced, yes, but not as much as you think obviously...

I think of CT as guide of what you should pay maximum.

They're only about 30% inflated fella.
And compared to a year or so ago, they is cheapish.

Yeah, most of the SS in the CT store you could probably get 30-50% cheaper on eBay.

By the way, is it just me or are the prices indeed dropping for most of the 35th? I've seen top secrets sell for less than £1000 (some didn't even sell), NBHDs for around £500 and most of the rest of the Consortiums for around £250-300. I guess people are moving on to new hypes and also, the huge amount of fakes has most likely made people more cautious when bidding.

Superstars are indeed super...

It's not just you mate.
Lots of people are selling up.
Trainer collecting is becoming more commercial and the noobs aren't as interested or aware of the Consortiums and they certainly, in the most part, aren't prepared to spend that sort of money.
