Shellshock - that's precisely why I'm reluctant to call the store and most stores in general; they are stockpiled with cretins who really don't have a clue or a care about the job they're supposed to be doing.

One of the most annoying things that happens to me in person is when I ask for a pair of 12's and the guy brings back 11's or even 10's! one moron even bought me back a pair of 9's, which I should've tried on through spite and split Hulk-style then said: 'nah, don't fit.' or words to that effect.
