I can share your worries about possible shipping costs. It would be a drag to pay hundreds, even thousands for "free shoes". And you can't get absolutely any pair you want but just those worth up to £100. If i'd win, that rules out a few pairs i'd never buy otherwise.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

I wonder if they'd let you top it up though.
If you wanted a pair that were £120 or sumting, just slip em the extra £20.
