Easy peasy dude...just gets a tad tight when you try n switch inserts from other 'Adicolor' makes...the pain is unlacing in order to change em up...

meh, i dont really have much love for the adicolors with the changeable stripes anymore... fuckn squeeked like shit and fogged up with condensation :S sold mine. nice design tho man. like it.
