Do it through paypal...this is what happened with my JMJ's...If the guy has no tracking number to prove he sent them, paypal will pretty much automatically give you your money back. Even if he has proof of insurance, it doesn't matter, you have to provide tracking. Also, if you used your credit card to fund the paypal purchase, you can call your credit card company and do a chargeback. Do it through paypal asap, just open a claim saying you never got the shit, they will make him provide proof of tracking, once he cannot do that, they'll charge it to his account and refund you. Let him deal with getting paid from royal mail (which he probably never will).
