Damn right! Considering how much these cost I'd demand a serious partial refund for not packing them properly. And I'd still leave the worst possible feedback, followed by the worst possible follow-up, followed by another worst possible follow-up, followed by a... well, you get the picture.

Climbed up in the nasty old attic and changed the air filter. We've had fires here for a month now.
Drove up to the south side of the mountain where the fire is, to the HVAC store, to buy the filter. Toward the fire, smoke and ash.....to buy a filter. It was odd.
