Ah, he didn't tell me the exact price, as I said, he just mentioned about 3 times what I paid, so I figured about £2500. Let just say that he didn't put any protective packaging on the inside, and leave it at that. I don't want to dish the guy too much. I guess making the mistake of putting the shipping information on the bottom of the box didn't help.

To be honest, I'm not too surprised about not taking precautions with the inside as in my opinion, he really didn't give a shit about trainers and was only ever into it to try and make a buck.
He's an alright bloke but I'm glad he failed.

Mine backplate was dented the exact same way (in transit).As you said the shoe horns,tree's woteva bang into the top of the case and dent the fooker.
I was gonna look into trying to get a replacement backplate at one stage but never got round to it!!am sure there's some about its just tracking 1 down.

TIP.If any1 ever buys a pair make sure they take the shoehorns out of the case b4 posting or they'll turn up just the same with a dented backplate
