No they ain't fella.
All together the stripes are nearly always too light on the fakes.
The chaps are right though, they're 100% fake, no doubt about it.
But I'm guessing you only paid about $80 for 'em anyway ?!?

if you look at the Unions at PYS: http://www.pickyourshoes.com/casual/adidas_superstar35_con_union.htm

You'll notice that the stripe closest to the shell is dark, the middle is lighter and the third stripe is the lightest. This is what I was referring to - the stripes on yours appear to be all the same lightness.

The darkness of the snakeskin stripes is just random on every pair imo.
I don't think its a point of reference you can use in which to decide real or fake tbh
