What gripes me is that there are at least 2 people selling more than 1 pair, one guy even has 3!

Which either makes the shop complicit in selling more than one pair per person or someone queued up with friends and they're all selling them.

It's madness Pure and London will have say 40 pairs across various sizes, mayhem. Glad i'm not mad about that shoe but will be seeing a pair in the flesh soon whilst in my own gaff drinking a cold beer

Shop only sold one per person, this is 100% true. However, some collectors have girlfriends / significants. Others MIGHT have had homie's roll in but I highly doubt it as I knew most of those who came out with a cabbage. It's possible that people find it easier to sell from a single account, what difference does it make and maybe one person had a better eBay record than another.

However I can verify that at least 50% of those who got cabbages got them for resale.

Firstly there were not 40 at No74. There were 33. I've personally seen cabbages in back rooms NOT IN NO74 pre-release, so there's obviously a leak going on (basically some adidas employees were able to order them). Secondly, by the time the store opened there were only 25 left for sale, which means quite a few more were put aside for friends, family, or fellow coworkers / partners. I wouldn't be all that surprised if a few slipped off the rack at No6.

Like I said, a few other BAPE stores in Asia will have them, I thoughtnthe total number was 300...

Friends and family would been shipped direct orders placed none of this standing on the street lark (I know peeps that have put orders in ). Now if the store employees want to set aside a few pairs that's another load gone.
