Was awoken this morning to the worst back spasm I have ever experienced. On a pain scale from one to ten I was in the spinal tap level range. Think I cried out for mommy at one point. Trip to the emergency room, 3 hours, iv drip of valium, demerol and ibuprofen later, sorted for the time being. Starting to wear off now....

I cracked a rib once doing a chest bump with one of my team mates after he score a goal on my assist. I weighed a lot less back in the day.
You can't go for two seconds without thinking about the "discomfort" as they call it here, within medical facilities, from a cracked rib. Ouch!
If it wasn't for, mothers little helpers, I wouldn't be typing right now.
Need to get back to the gym to prevent this sort of business!

It seems I've managed to re-crack my broken collar bone.
But I don't really care and will still be riding pretty hard until I leave.

The thing that's really boiling my blood is that I've met a cracking girl over here but she's related to the friend of mine who just got married and thinks (and is more than likely right) that he'll go fucking ballistic if he finds out.
Doesn't seem like it's going to stop us but it's kind of fucked things up for us while we're out here at any road.

Ps. Sorry to hear about ya rib streak. Their a mare to heal broken ribs. Hope its not in too askward a position. I cracked mine when i was 17 in the pit of the RHCP GIGG. Lol i had a funny looking boob for ages. Mmh saying that out loud 11 years later is actually quite embaresing.
