Let me guess, you didn´t protect the shoes before wearing?!
I´d try warm water and a smooth brush (do you have
JMPSS?). maybe some liquid soap. but be careful, the stripes may bleed...

Gently dab with a towel. Then stuff them with paper and allow to air dry.
and if they´re dry, use a protector!

You won't know if it's worked until they are dry.
I wouldn't protect fabric shoes, personally.
