I've lucked out with my neighbour! Unloading the van and she sticks her head over the fence, we go through the introductions, blah blah blah. She toddles off and rocks up 20 mins later with a crate of Lager for us! Plus she's called her dog Brian, which made me piss myself when I heard her calling him in. Something tells me we're going to get along just fine.
