trying to get my act together to make a stir fry. not so easy when you're slightly hung over and feeling the guilt of having drank too much the night before

Went to a comedy gig in a cattle market last night - saw Jon Richardson. The agricutural surroundings were bizarre though!

Just discovered a recipe for a brownie in a cup. Is delicious. hopefully it won't come around for a second visit

Post the recipe.

4 tbl flour
4 tbl sugar
2 tbl cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tbl milk
3 tbl cooking oil
3 tbl choc chips (didn't have any though )
Splash of vanilla extract

1. Add dry ingredients to a cup and mix
2. Add egg and milk and oil and mix
3. Add chips and vanilla extract and mix
4. Microwave for 3 mins (at 1000w)

Nicely nicely.
I'll try that at some point this week.

Saw him at the Fringe last year, he was funny but it was in cabin like you see on building sites, with no air con of any kind and it was roasting outside, so folk were dropping like flies. Almost as funny as the gig itself.
