I spent a pretty penny on my Superstars so I wanna keep them nice looking. What's the best way to keep them clean and white? Does Never Wet work well on them?

Best way to keep them clean is to buy more than you can wear.
Wear them for one day then give them a wipe and put them back in the box.
A stain blocker is great, no doubt.
Never tried that one though.
